Sal DiFazio
Sal DiFazio earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1977. He became a full partner in the firm of Golden, Lintner, Rothschild, Spagnola & DiFazio in 1982. During his tenure with GLRS&D he litigated and/or resolved matters in diverse areas of practice, including family matters, Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s personal injury cases, employment related matters, commercial and corporate litigation, land use matters and criminal defense matters. He also acted as municipal prosecutor in two different municipalities.
In 1988 Mr. DiFazio became a certified agent of the NBA and the NFL. He represented multiple players in the negotiation of their player contracts and the handling of their personal legal needs. Mr. DiFazio retired from his agency position in 1999. Since then he has focused his efforts on the legal representation of his clients across the legal system. Mr. DiFazio opened his own practice in 1995 and since that time he has continued to practice in multiple areas of law, at the highest levels in both the State and Federal courts. During his many years of practice he has tried matters of all sorts. He tried the first televised case in New Jersey history, involving a case of first impression. He was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, where the ruling he recovered marked the first time that a Property Settlement Agreement was ever vacated. He has handled trials and negotiations, netting his clients multi-million dollar settlements on multiple occasions. He has argued before the Superior Courts in three jurisdictions, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals and United States Court of Federal Claims. He is admitted to practice in these courts as well as the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. DiFazio acts as General Counsel to multiple business entities, and has been involved in their formation, growth and exit strategies.
Angela DiFazio
Angela graduated from Drew University in 2005, with a degree in History, and she received her Juris Doctorate in 2008. During law school, she also completed a Legal Externship with the firm of Walder, Hayden and Brogan, P.A.
Angela enjoyed a Judicial Clerkship with The Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C. at the Warren County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. During her Clerkship, Judge Rahill was the only Judge in the State who was responsible for handling every single type of family docket in the County. In 2009, at the conclusion of her Clerkship, Ms. DiFazio joined Lyons & Associates, P.C., a boutique family law practice, where she handled a substantial caseload of all types of family cases. In 2012, Ms. DiFazio left Lyons & Associates, P.C. to join The DiFazio Law Office, where she has continued her family law practice, and expanded her legal involvement into the other areas of law handled by the firm.
Angela is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association.
Angela volunteers as a panelist in both Hunterdon and Warren Counties, for their Early Settlement Panel program.
Angela was selected for inclusion on the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2019-2023.
